Hey guys I just purchased a Barrett m95 on buds, it will ship to my ffl in a few days just wondering how the process works now because of I-1639. I know it only has to do with semi auto rifles, but just curious what will happen now will nics be the background check or is it just local now doing it. Will I still have to wait 10 days to pick up my rifle or what |

No change for a bolt-action rifle . . . NICS check at the dealer, and you go home with it if you get a Proceed. |

Just an update went in Wednesday to pay tax and pickup my M95 (ordered from BudsGunshop) got delayed. Just waiting on a proceed. But I got my certificate at Westcoast Armory North I-1639 Firearms Safety Training:) |
