Just thinking it over today, and I wonder what an official diagnosis of any level of autism can do to your 2nd amendment rights. Is it a disqualifying diagnosis?

It doesn't appear that any diagnosis makes someone a prohibited person. You have to be committed or adjudicated for it to matter, at least as far as the 4473 goes.

Seems so. Just got off the phone with a friend who's a therapist. He said it's highly unlikely to affect your rights. Though he also said it's not likely to improve your way of life either as an adult. At least not if you're high functioning.
