Nope.
Only the bar area, and the entertainment events.
I bring my kids across the casino at the Tulalip all the time to go to the buffet.
Kids can be in the casino but can't play the games or loiter.
Talked to a tribal board member who is in charge of gambling enforcement, member of one of my local crime fighter groups.

He agreed with me.

Interesting...

Both Muckleshoot & Emerald Queen are no kids, anywhere, anytime....

Than why do they have kids rates for the buffet?
Which is impossible to get to unless you walk through the casino.

"Located on the northwest end of the casino floor

Guests under 21 must be accompanied by an adult who is 21 or older at all times. Thank you!"

Didn't even look at your link....

I wasn't doubting or challenging what you were saying at all, brother :thumbsup2: , so I don't need to read anything...

I believed you when I read your response.

I was just observing the differences, and that what you, me, & powder all experience may be different.

Other casinos may be different.
But the Tulalip is all ages except sitting at or playing a game, loitering at the casino, going to a designated bar area, or the entertainment.
Which is too bad, wanted to take my kids to some of the shows there.
I get free rooms there sometimes, but they book up fast.
Could be casinos with hotels don't want to alienate families with kids.

????

At Muckleshoot, you can take your kids and other minors to either the buffet or one of the restaurants on the other side, either the Coyaba or 8 Restaurant.

Children and minors are NOT allowed on the Gaming floor at any time, and if the kids or minors have to use the restroom, they must be escorted by an adult.
Also, an adult has to be with a minor at all times.

OK fellas, I've got no dog in this fight, but when a friendly LEO makes a point or suggestion, I try to pay attention. I find it helps keep them friendly. Just sayin.....

Quick off topic question, but it's still in regards to the topic, kinda.

Years ago, I worked security at Red Wind. We allowed 18-20 in there to gamble, but had to stamp their hands so the servers, dealers etc would know that they were under 21. We never told them that's why they were being stamped. Has that law changed? Asking for a friend.....

I see what you're referring to....

It is my understanding that while what I posted is true--each Tribe has made exceptions with a view to increase their business.

I'm not aware of the current policies regarding admittance down at Nisqually. But---I will say that the Tribal Casinos are fertile hunting grounds for Liquor Control. Personally--I believe that a policy like that is a train wreck waiting to happen.

I'm sorry, I was thinking of Emerald Queen, where the buffet entrance is actually up a flight of stairs in the middle of the Casino Floor. I then remembered people arguing years ago at Muckleshoot when they weren't allowed to bring their kids in to one of the eateries. Maybe there was a different reason for that one.

Is bar ordinance what you use when there's a brawl and you drop a bomb on the whole party?

Oh, I agree.. This was 20 years ago. LCB and TGA were all "Eagle Eye" when we had a group of minors show up. It wasn't that often that we had them, but when we did, all eyes were on them.

It seems obvious, we want the guns to be with the kids, not in the area where the kids aren't.

If you get caught carrying, it can be a gross misdemeanor, punishable by up to 1 year in the husgado and a $5000.00 fine. Plus you lose your guns.

Is it worth it?

Excellent point.
