Does anybody have a M14 flash hider alignment tool?

I finally found a flash hider for my M14 and was looking at some info online. It seems that it is a good idea to use an alignment tool when tightening the flash hider down for proper alignment... Some of what I read said that it is most likely not necessary when using a National Match flash hider, because of the larger opening, but I wanted to check and see if somebody has one I could borrow or swing by and use.

Along the same lines, does anyone have the castle nut pliers that allows you to remove the flash hider? I am trying to put a 5/8-24 thread adapter on my M1A so I can suppress it.
