Changing the feet on a Harris Bi-Pod

I'm not sure if you have ever tried to remove the roll pins holding in the feet to the Harris bipod, but if you have not, it is a bitch!!! It took me a day of soaking the roll pins in CLP and then a few bent punches and some profanities, but I got those evil roll pins out and have now got my spikes installed.
I'm glad that is over with.
