I picked up and old H&R single shot goose gun with a barrel probably 36” long. I want to cut off the barrel, add a bead, and thread the barrel for chokes. Any local smith able to do this?

I have a barrel swap and headspace check needed on an XP-100. Someone goobered on a factory barrel and added front sight with JB weld. I want that barrel removed and a Shilen custom barrel (take off from another custom XP), turned on , clocked, and headspaced checked.
