Kimber Fiber optic front sight

My fiance decided on a Kimber two-tone for her first gun. Couldn't talk her into a stainless Springfield RO lol. The only thing she isn't happy with is the black target sight, she wants a fiber optic. Can anyone help me with what height and width I should get? Also, any local gunsmiths who might be able to install it for a reasonble cost?
Not sure the factory rear notch width and whether or not I'll need to replace the rear also. Thanks!
