Go to the user control panel:
http://www.waguns.org/ucp.php?nomobile=1&i=profile&mode=reg_details

Then Profile, then Password.

You'll need to so this from the full (non-mobile) version of the site.

The instructions are incorrect but I figured it out.
After selecting "Profile", you must click on "Edit account settings".
