Heh, we ran the free special last month as a test to see if it was even worth charging people. Our typical transfer is so quick and easy that we just said screw transfer fees and made this post here: https://www.waguns.org/viewtopic.php?f=51&t=92450

I've never even heard of this place. Limited hours, but worth checking out, I suppose...

Never had any issues setting up appointments with him on the weekend. I don't think he has an actual shop if that's what you're looking for.

For mccallen defense here’s some info for them:

Address: 18801 E VALLEY HWY, KENT WA, 98032
Facebook: https://facebook.com/McCallenDefense/
Phone number: ‭(253) 872-0444‬

They are also $25 for all transfers I believe.

Thanks for this, met Rory today. Good down to earth guy.
Impossible to get on the phone unless you leave a clear message for him to call you back, and possibly the most new in box knives I've seen in a space that small. It's definitely not what I would call a "shop"... but I wouldn't hesistate to transfer/buy from RF again.

What about a firearm that is ordered from the gun shop dealers website link? As in Fesselman's case, they have a link to Gallery of guns. So you pick something from the G.o.G website to purchase thru that dealer. Besides taxes of course, what fees would I be looking at then?

Sorry if it's a newbie question, but have not purchased an item in that way before. Have had dealers order stuff face to face before, but not thru links.

Confirm with the dealer of course, but in that situation I wouldn't expect to pay anything but whatever price you see on the website, plus sales tax. I don't think you'd have a transfer fee on that.
