FFL Transfer Policies

Sun Jan 12, 2020 4:18 pm

I have deleted the previous threads that we had on this subject, compiled all info into the attached files, and updated as much as I can.

The two attached files have the same information; one is a PDF, and the other is in Microsoft Excel format.

I need your help. Some of the data here is incomplete, and some of it is outdated as it was collected 5 years ago, right after implementation of I-594. There are also undoubtedly many gun stores that are not included, but should be.

If you have updated or additional information, please either reply to this thread or PM me and I will update the list.

Thank you!

Adobe PDF version:

FFL Transfer Policies - PDF.pdf

Microsoft Excel version (exported from Mac Numbers, so may have some minor glitches):

FFL Transfer Policies - Excel.xlsx

And here are the .jpg versions too, though they're not searchable:

All suggestions are welcome . . . .

I made some updated to the Yes/No release policy, and added Manhattan Project Armory, based on some past threads.

If you have information or see anything here that's incorrect, please let me know!

Black Adder Arms is YES for releasing items after 10 wait.

AMS in Woodinville is no longer in the business of firearms.

Thanks

1) Thank you for letting me know both of those things . . . I have updated the files.
2) Thank you for following the law and releasing after 10 days!

Can you put the list in Alphabetical order?

I could. Would that be better?

Right now they’re grouped by region, with the intent that if you’re in region X and want to find a nearby FFL, you can just look through that part of the list.

If you open the Excel file, you can sort, filter, search, etc. as you wish.

If you open the PDF file, you can search it.

since a couple are close I will ask them the next time I am in about the missing info.
Thanks for compiling. This should eventually turn in to a sticky.

I updated the info for Hot Gates Armory in the original post. I did a transfer there recently and it was a very pleasant experience . . . and it's great to have a "Yes we will release in 10 days" dealer in Renton! :thumbsup2:
