I'm pretty sure basedpepe doesn't exist. Washington Military Depot seems to have increased their transfer fee: Quote: *Out of State Transfer Fee is 35$ each. Please contact us by phone or email. Let us know it's arriving. Wamildep@yahoo.com

Can't just have the seller show back up with the buyer once the BGC is done. Dealer has to retain the out of state guns. But you knew that.

Say the seller ships the gun from Pasco county or Colville. I suppose. If two dudes walk in from the street for a transfer and the buyer gets a delay, and the dealer has logged the acquisition, the dealer is going to retain the firearm. So, there's no difference there either.

"You guys plan on meeting back here when his proceed comes back. In the meantime, you - the seller - keep possession of it. I keep it cheap by not having stacks of guns taking up my shop space".

Mccallen Defense policy update:
Our list says they release handguns after 10 business days. Day 11 for me and was told they now wait for proceeds before releasing.

I didn't see The Gun Dungeon, home FFL in Pasco (@the 509busman) in this list. $25 transfer fee and does release at 10 days per the RCW. Great new dealer, BTW!
