Looking for FFL to transfer in "training firearms"

Ruger offers a program for instructors - NRA / State Training Purchase Program
So they have list of about 21 firearms useful for training purposes (mostly .22) but covers rifles, semi and revolver handguns. The State NRA Instructor forum is looking for a FFL that would be willing to transfer in at an "instructor" price level. If you are a FFL willing to transfer in for a nominal fee - please let me know and I would be happy to post for you. Thanks! Update: Thanks to foothills! Don't know where Foothills is, but I am located in Snohomish and would be happy to help out fellow instructors in obtaining firearms for their classes.
