NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that unclaimed and/or forfeited property is in the hands of the ***Lewis County Sheriff’s Office, Chehalis, Morton Toledo, & Vader Police Departments***.
In accordance with RCWs 63.32; 63.40; 69.50.505; 9.41.098; and 10.105.010 it will be offered for sale at PUBLIC AUCTION to be held at the Chehalis Southwest Washington FAIRGROUNDS Community Events Building, located at 2555 North National Avenue, Chehalis, Washington on Sunday, the 27th of April 2014, at approximately 11:00 am.

Preview prior to sale will be: Saturday, April 26th from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm; and Sunday, April 27th from 9:00 am to sale. The Auction will begin at 11:00 am, Sunday, April 27th, 2014.
