Any recommendations for a FFL dealer that is near Bremerton, WA, who'd be willing to facilitate a handgun transaction from a Seattle gun shop?
I figured I'd ask here prior to contacting a few individuals I have in mind.

There's Boerner in Gorst, but you'd better give them a call to see what their policy is.

I've heard Boerner's doesn't like doing business with folks that aren't returning customers. I'm uncertain how true that is, but I'd rather give them my business when I can, rather than start off on the wrong foot.

I've been told that Boerners won't do incoming transfers anymore.
Tommyboy is over there... I'll do it for you but I'm a ways away...25 miles from Belfair in Hoodsport.
$20 transfer fee

$20 transfer fee Cloes Combat and you (foothills) are the two closest FFLs that I'm aware of, and I've considered both of you prior to posting on the board. Last time I was at Dave's Loans and Guns, the staff was talking about how Boerner's doesn't do transfers due to the loss of business through the shop. I always figured some business is better than none, but I suppose capitalism will determine how true that is.

$20 transfer fee Forgot about Tommyboy, my bad. Don's a good guy to work with. The drive isn't that bad. Is Seattle really too far away to pick it up from the original shop? I know traffic sucks and all, but just curious.

Is Seattle really too far away to pick it up from the original shop? I know traffic sucks and all, but just curious. I commute to Seattle/UW, via public transportation, three times a week, and the shop is out in Snohomish. After the cost of driving around, or catching a ferry both ways, it would cost about the same to have it shipped to another FFL. I am still considering just driving there, but I'm curious if there is a more convenient solution.

Yeah, too bad someone couldn't pick it up for ya. I'm up there all the time and live on your side.

Forget gold mountain arms... Guy's are ass holes and will go in vacation for weeks at a time and not get back to you.
Russ Berg is who I use... Great guy... Appt only means just about any time... He just doesn't want people dropping in. Hell of a nice guy too.
