 Just finished up another order with Snowline Tactical and I have to say that it was another great experience. Thank you card, email communication, sticker and now a useful emergency tool with their name on it. Kris does well managing the customer interaction to keep me coming back. Thank you again kris and I look forward to my next purchase. |

This guy! Second order I've placed with Snowline Tactical. Items were priced fairly, of exceptional quality and arrived with speedy shipping. This coupled with correspondence related to my order as well as an unexpected and pleasant exchange in regards to life, guns and well being. Kris is the real deal, genuine and legit. He goes out of his way to treat his customers right. I always receive a thank you card after each purchase too. I don't know how he finds the time to do it, but it is evident that Kris really cares about us, his customers. I foresee Snowline Tactical growing exponentially if he continues to treat people this way. I just hope he is able to keep that very personal touch with each of us as he grows his operation. Here is a sampling of free and unexpected swag that just appeared in my mail box, about a week after I had received my order from Kris. It was accompanied by a thank you card with a hand written personal message on it. THANK YOU KRIS!!! EDIT: Oh yeah, and stickers too that I forgot to include in the picture. Cool beans!

Ron, Thank you for taking the time to write this, I really appreciate it! I started my company based on providing the best customer service possible, no matter what. I like to prove that every chance I get. I know how hard it is to make a buck these days (I work two jobs just to keep the lights on), I'm very greatful that you chose to spend your hard earned money at my store! I find the time by sleeping only about six hours a night, but it's totally worth it when I read customer feedback like this! I will always keep that personal touch, even if it requires me to hire someone else to do the day-to-day activities; freeing me to be able to continue that experience.
