Local Anti-Gun Pols Challenging WA Preemption Law

This could be an interesting day in King County, Wash., where the County Council is expected to join an effort by at least two local city governments to adopt regulations that challenge the Evergreen State’s long-standing preemption statute that forbids local governments from passing their own gun control laws, by approving a proposal put forth by Councilman Joe McDermott.

King County Council passed it. Probably be challenged in court at taxpayer expense. Ridiculous. At least statewide the voter's get to vote against I-1639. Keep up the fight Dave.

Y'all think your next Governor, Turd Furgeson, will bring suit against the city/county for pre-emption violation? :ROFLMAO:

SAF or the NRA will have to call these folks to heel. $$$. Time to donate.
