If I come, I'm bringing the .50. Anyone who wants to shoot it has to clean the barrel after each shot, as I won't be through the break-in yet. If we do make it, I'll bring a full can of BMG ammo. (Is the site safe for .50 BMG?)
And more than 1k x39 to learn from Mr Usrifle his bumpfire skills.

Looks like the In-Laws will be harvesting and crushing grapes next weekend instead of the 17th. I should be able to make the trip up.

Really looking forward to firing PMB's .50. Never fired one and have always wanted to.

Not sure which guns I'm bringing yet, but I'll definitely bring a box of clays and my thrower.

Let me tell you a little something about "barrel break in." Long story short..It's horse shit. Shoot. Shoot. Shoot. In the 3k+ rounds I put through my distance/accuracy rifle I cleaned the barrel <10 times. And it would shoot the gnats off a horse's back at 500 yards. Barrel break in is a myth, IMO

Is anyone going up there from down south? I mean way down south? If so, I'll send up some ammo ( x39, x54, 22lr )to shoot and some $ to pitch in for the food.

I would love to see that 50 cal but it might not be that safe in the pit. Medford is maybe the distance in this video if it is that long.
