Or at least change "Standard Time" to be the "more frequently recognized" time? Which would be daylight savings time...
Do we really have to educate every dim-bulb voter, that the clock doesn't control time, but is simply a visual representation? That time continues independent of our action, inaction, traditions, or stupid laws? That "noon" is when our Sun is dir... Oh fuck, nevermind!
