Post subject:  Greenwater 70 pit clean and shoot July 15
Ok we got a date finally setup for our first clean at the FS 70 Rock pit July 15 official start time of 10am but if you want to start earlier nobody will complain. The forest service will clear out anybody who does not want to help clean so we'll have first pick at parking and setting up to shoot. This is on a Sunday which is a little different than we're used to and on a shorter notice than the usual 3-4 weeks. This area is way overdue so we can't be too picky this late into the summer. The forest service will provide trash bags and a few tools for the clean up but like always we need people to bring wheel barrels if they can. Depending on the weather i'd suggest bringing sunscreen and a ez-up if you plan of shooting afterwards.


So who's going to show ?

Unfortunately I'm leaving the next day. One of these days I'll try to make one of these just for something else to do.

The guys on TOS are reporting that the Forest Circus has now banned shooting at Greenwater

No, the "Pit" is the Cleanup spot. The Clear cut below that is the one that is closed.

I gotta say, you guys are better folks than I. After all the work you guys put in trying to keep that other site cleaned up, and then the FS f*cked you all by closing it. I'd tell them to shove that other site right up their arses. Sideways.

But that's just me. Good Luck! But in my mind, this site will be the next one closed. And so on. And so on.
