Who: Any and every one that wants and can show up! Where : The commons mall in Federal Way at 320th and pacific highway S. When: October 13, 2018 at 9:30 AM start, perhaps we can make a schedule to get full day schedule of people based off of availability. Why: Hold signs and wear our vote no on I-1639 shirts (see the group buy, and thanks to schlo812 for making that happen!). Also I will be pifing one of the vote no on I-1639 shirts when I get mine, to some one that shows up and helps promote our cause. Facts for King County election 10/16/18 voter pamphlets are mailed,10/17 ballots are mailed, 10/18 ballot drop boxes open. In my opinion best to get out there before the ballots are in people’s hands, instead of risking after they already voted. I am fully game to do this on other weekends at other locations as well, all the way up to Election Day, witch King County shows as November 6th. Perhaps we can get the waguns banner on an opposite corner to get more people here? Perhaps we can get a North and South event organized on the same day October 13,2018? Even if you can not make it out for this, ask yourself what can I do? Have you talked to your friends and family about there opinions on I-1639? If they are against it ask them if they are registered to vote! October 8th is the voter registration deadline for King County. |
