Prime version for Ammo

So there is a company that has a membership driven level that gets you wholesale discounts on Ammo on their website with free shipping.
It doesn’t make sense for me now since I just ordered way too much Ammo for my fiscal year.
But would make sense for maybe a small group of folks.

FYI - if you have a buddy that has a Sportsco membership - they can add you for a few bucks.

They already offer free shipping on case lots...Hmmm
If you were only buying single boxes of different kinds of ammo to try out rather than buying case lots, the TS Prime service does sound pretty neat-o. And as you suggest, a group could go in on a single membership and do rather well.

And Yes the free shipping for that membership covers single boxes, etc.
Plus for that company it’s no tax as they don’t have a business here in Washington.

Popped this idea about a year ago.
There is some interest but the issue is usually having enough people to make it fly and where the discounts really help is for the odd ball calibers where you only want or need to by a couple of boxes at a time.
The other problem I have found with them, other than the sometimes very slow shipping, is selection. sometimes its great other times its not very good.
BTW based on comments elsewhere the prime membership gets you about a 7-8% discount off the regularly listed price.
So if you don't reload and do go through a bunch of ammo that could start adding up.
Let's see if any one else is interested. I've kicked it around several times never got around to signing up.
