Love it. Thanks for the post. I will be making a couple of those for some on my long distance shooting. Gonna need a couple sandbags too I would think.

FYI, Staples and most office supply stores sell those colored foam boards(20"x30") for around $3 ea. THey work great, stand up to the weather here in WA and dont fall apart in the rain. Just bring an extra sheet of paper with you and cover the holes after each shoot and your new shots become easily visible.

Awesome, I'll be making a few. Whats nice is that it will be easy to load my KLR with one or two when I go shooting in the Olympics.......Thanks for the post.

Decided to give this a try, purchased 2" PVC instead. Purchased some 1x2 in 8' lengths. Cut them in half and screwed two of them together. Placed a wood shim about halfway up to create a space in between the two boards to "slide" a target between. Took it out to Cle Elum and gave it a try. Worked great! Easy compact and all fits in a 5 gallon bucket except the 1x2s.

I'm heading to Eugene tomorrow to shoot with a couple buddies. I found this thread last night so I decided to make one. It turned out great. Now I just need to make about 4 more. Left the cardboard off for transport.
