My range is exactly 100 yds from the bench. Perfect for sight ins, plinking, and testing. Plus a short walk down for pistol shooting and match practice and testing (we do alot of!). Have a plate rack that's out year round and a pretty good collection of various plates for Speed Steel practice. If we need to shoot longer, we just run up the road to UNSC, where we hold a membership.
With all the wireless stuff out there, I don't know if you'd even have to run cables for what your thinking

Decapped and wet-tumbled 500+ pieces of 10mm range brass tonight. God, I love wet tumbling.

You don't get much better than that my friend.

The shooting bench?

Yesssssss!
The camera, image to computer - right next to your loading bench.
That's the best layout that I have ever seen.

That is quite a layout. My wife already feels like a reloader widow so she would NOT go for the couches. LOL!

That said, I am modeling my root cellar (ventilated, climate controlled) in our new home much like this one-->
It will have a Ft. Knox door like shown too.

I've actually got a lap top that is rigged to a web cam that is mounted to a small spotting scope that looks down range at the target, that image can get pulled up on my laptop next to the loading bench and the TV. Also have a socket in the gun smith bench for my big spotting scope. As a shooter, when the spotter laptop is hooked up, you don't even have to come out of the rifle, just swing the laptop to where you need it, shoot, move your eyes, see hits, shoot again.

That's the ticket. When you see something that is set up that well, it makes a guy update his to-do list.
That would be a complete game changer for working up loads.
If I remember, you get 100 yards or so?
If a guy were to set something like that up further out, say even 500 to 1000 yards- wouldn't be hard to bury a camera line and PS in a conduit and set a camera up 10 feet in front of the target, bermed of course.
I'm glad you put these pics up again. :wagwoot:

Yeah this guy def costs people $. I have all new benchs in my recroom because of his influence.

Started a new caliber tonight. Loaded up my first 50rd batch of 10mm Auto.

Got a smashing deal on the components from Wes Sage.

Recently procured a sweet Glock 20 from a fellow WaGuns member.

180gr Hornady FMJ-FP over 14.2gr AA-9. Seated at 1.260” as per the Hornady manual.
Winchester LP primers. Mixed range brass that was wet tumbled with SS pins. I should expect to get around 1175 FPS out of them

Nice, Breck!

But the thing that really caught my eye are the tabs on your reloading manual pages. Hmmmm, that looks pretty handy.

Oh yeah. It’s the only way to go.

OfficeMax sells the sticky tabs. I make the labels with my trusty label maker for every cartridge that I reload for. Makes things easier.
