So, that sucked!
I bought some Hornady wax to use instead of One Shot. At least I know how to unstick a case now, hopefully this doesn't happen often.
I seem to be getting vertical scratches on my cases now from just below the shoulder to about 1/8 of an inch from the bottom of the case. I looked inside the die and I can see what looks like brass fouling on the sides in the die. Can I take a dremel to it and polish it out? Are the scratches a big deal? I'm guessing they are mostly cosmetic?
Thanks

Pete, This is why carbide dies are expensive (this wont happen). Yes, this can be polished out of steel dies

I know this doesn't directly address your question about the dies, but in case it helps, this was my experience with sizing .308 brass: viewtopic.php?f=74&t=59623
