I want to put together one of the Lee Loader type hand loading stations for .410. I can't see investing $300 or so on a MEC, but I do want the ability to reload if I choose.

I'm looking at following the instructions found here: https://fromthetrenchesworldreport.com/ ... -kit/60500 and wondering if anyone else has done so. I'm interested in your results, how you built your kit, where you get your components, etc.

If anyone had a Lee Loader for .410 that they're looking to get rid of, I'd be interested in that as well. I'm tempted to just purchase a Lane Reloading kit here: http://zoned.fortunecity.ws/410.html

Or a Survival Loader here: https://www.thexringusa.com/product-pag ... for-410-ga

I'd also be interested in reloading components for .410 bore.

I am in the same boat as you. Survival loader looks good. Never loaded for shotgun rounds at all but .410 seems to be the most cost effective to load for.

Reloading .410 is about the same cost as 12ga.

Primers cost the same,
Wads cost more,
Powder cost difference is negligible,

12 ga uses twice the lead, but per box of 25 cost is very close.
