 Casting zinc

For the nose I can simply use an under caliber size dremel cutting tool to give a more tapered bullet shape. I already cast round nose 8mm for .32 Winchester so I know I will have to have some taper to clear the lands when chambering. If i have to I can step drill the tip and use the dremel cutter just to work off the edges.

I thought that zinc fumes are way bad for your health.

Zinc oxide fumes.......I have a respirator and it will just be a matter of getting the right temperature to melt but not drive off fumes.
