Here I'll add my own resource I prepared by consolidating several lists.
The document also gives some background and web links to best places to get supplies.

If any one wants the Word Doc just let me know. I'll gladly share so you can modify into your own checklist. Just PM me.

NOTE:
I purposely eliminated a couple of sections from the checklist that others may need to add back in. Since I am in the business of helping businesses prepare I purposely dropped the section for young children, pets, and elder care. Each of which if it applies has some additional resources that should be planned in.

You must have basic medic / solider skills to understand this, but an excellent guide none the less
You can grab these for about 5 bucks from ebay or amazon. I would rate it at an LPN or RN level. But if you have military experience it should come easy for you.
