First of all, the family is dling better than most sheep, but still always looking to better our set up. Started canning a couple years ago and are able to utilize our gardens year round. So a couple questions:
1. Where does a guy find some Yoders(or other) canned bacon?
2. Anyone other than Chuck a Thrive dealer? Just logistics of your location bud. Anyone heard from Bryon at all lately? Haven't seen Fishranger around in a very long time.
3. Wanting to can/pickle some of our chicken eggs. I cant seem to find any info on a way to do for long term storage. Any info or links to help with that?

I join. Where I can buy powdered eggs in bulk, without paying arm and leg?

Has to a way to can them longer than 3-4 months, right? I've pickled eggs before, pretty easy, but really looking for a long term option of canning eggs. Aware, but haven't tried the water glass technique, or coating in mineral oil. Both could be an opton I suppose. Was just hoping for something even longer term.

The 2nd & 3rd link both mention storing from 6 months, to a year.
As far as I know, most folks freeze-dry if storing eggs longer than that.
Though I have been in some bars where the hard boiled eggs in a jar on the bar were obviously stored there for decades…

Also distance is no object since it is all done on the internet. I could be fighting Russians in Ukraine and handle it. https://www.thrivelife.com/

I would not lay in much of that canned bacon. The shelf life is very short and it tastes like shit IMHO. Fake smoke and more salt that straight NaCl. It's a novelty. I did a post (somewhere) about the Thrive grain products. Only five years, and the surprised me. I think no matter what, grains get rancid at 6-7+ years. Other Thrive products are 25 years.

The oils in the grains are the problem. Buckwheat is a good alternative.
