^ I have no idea what those taste like, but they sure look beautiful!
Do you eat them fresh? I've only ever seen dried currants.

Life went sideways for me this year, i didnt twine the hops, i dunno what the grapes are doing(they kick ass), and after 5 years only 1 of 5 plants are trellised, and all of my fruit/walnut trees are barely producing. Found a new walnut tree growing under where i cut down my dwarf spruce died last year, so that's good, it'll pay off in 30 years.
The Fiance's garden increased in size, the new to me troybilt horse tiller kicked ass. We are producing the crap out of pea's, green beens, and zuchinni, everything else looks great too. We had number of sunflowers, zuchinni, and some pumpkins that we didnt plant, come up, i think some are last years failed seeds, some are from the leftover stalks. We probably have a nice crop of suprise potatoes in the compost too.

I need recipes for cherry tomatoes, zucchini, peas and cucumbers. Not necessarily together. Good harvest coming up

Good harvest coming up The GF slices zuchinni up into coins, and puts it in the cast iron skillet with oil(old skillet flavor is great). Sometimes she breads it, pretty simple. For cucumbers, she pickled something like 25lbs this year. As peas go, enjoy them fresh, nothing like you can get in a store.

Zucchini’s I usually go with butter, sour cream and garlic. Baked or microwave. Or tomatoes, onions, garlic. Random spices with each, usually trending towards Italian. I guess I’ll try canning/ jarring the s ton of cherry tomatoes Cukes will probably end up pickled Peas don’t make it to the back door, just wish I could preserve them
