I could make a large 4' aluminum one that would be relatively light for transport and wouldn't take up too much space :bigsmile:

If they're easily scalable, how about some 1.25" tall ones for epoxying to military style canvas belt buckles . . . ?

I think that's going to be too small for what I can do. I'm using a plasma torch, so I don't have the small scale precision of a laser. I could do the state outline at 1.25" tall, but the W inside wouldn't hold up.
