Wood splitting wedge and maul or sledge hammer. Create a series of deep "V" grooves on each side that meet in the middle. If they don't go all the way through, should be close enough to bend back and forth a couple times until breaks.
Or... Good respirator and plasma cutter.

I like the wedge idea, but use your hydraulic press to do all the wedge driving to save on your delicate physiology.

I'm liking the wedge/sledge approach for minimizing the errant poisonous particles. And maintaining a reasonable level of precision.

Oh sure, do it the easy way!! work smart not hard. I like it Ren.
I figured once pointed in that direction, Mike would take it from there. Just a hydraulic log splitter would work. Or tack weld a fashioned metal wedge onto the underside of a forklift fork, and press down on suitable backing "anvil".
Actually bandsaws work pretty well too.

Now I personally know jack shit about the topic at hand. But some quick research definitely favors a splitting technique over sawing.
Some top rated suggestions were for using a press with a brickset head or using a wood splitter with a similar separating head. I’d personally be wary to use a saw and put a load of lead particulate in the air and ground.
I had a chunk that size. It was a PITA. A sawsall will make a mess and waste lead. I used and old axe and a maul. If I had to do it again I would just use a hand held propane torch.

That is what I wound up doing...... Propane is cheap, compared to elbow grease. I was NOT going to let that chunk of lead beat me. I positioned it so that it dribbled right into the pot or mold.
While I won't turn up my nose on (free) lead.... I sure don't go looking for large chunks anymore.

I wound up doing what MadPick suggested. I lowered the slab of lead into the Balrog's cage with the crane, and she's about halfway through biting it into 1 pound chunks.
