Rifle case repair/restore

Hey there!
So i've been working on getting some good cases for my rifles to replace cheap "hard" cases. One of my uncles gave me an old case of his, and it seems pretty good and solid, only issue is the latches are missing the keys for built in locks, they are super flimsy and easily popped, missing rubber gasket, and has no foam in it.
I know how to do most the work myself, BBUUTT... No idea where to get what i need for a good price. Or what even might be the best parts to get for what im paying.
Dont suppose anybody here has suggestions for what to get and where..?

Check Rockler for latches. Joanne fabrics for foam. Or go to amazon

I just checked.......If you do not have a good local hardware store the EVIL Amazon will have the latches you need.
