The entrance they just closed is listed as the primary entrance for people with disabilities. From the courthouse's website: Quote: Most people with disabilities have someone drop them off at the facility's Third Avenue entrance. From the recent KOMO story: Quote: The entrance will only allow access to people with disabilities and who can only enter the building on Third Avenue. Nice. I'm sure people in wheelchairs or using walkers aren't seen as easy prey for the critters that have taken over that street.
