hi my name is Rob and was born in Olympia 71 years ago..was told about this site and thought i would check it out..if my understanding is correct we can by=uy seel and trade firearms as long as you follow the law?..have a lot of things i am getting rid of..my kids have convinced me i dont need to buy 2-3 of everything..with that had firearms and scopes to lighten the load if that is ok...
now next issue.my Dad was into making Muzzle loader rifles..I have 2 or 3 of which only one was made for em..he made them from scratch starting in 1976..we had years ago found and old maple stump and got enough fancy curlymaple to make 8-9 rifles..last project he did was make each of the 5 grand kids including my daughter each a rifle..well ym oldest Son lives in Port Orchard..he was right at the heart of the tornado..well 3 trees dropped on his garage where his gun safe was..I went and helped wiht clean up and the onlt thing that looked like a safe was the door that had popped off..well and I do have pictures but the stock was broken at the lock.. ok am trying to locate someone who is really good at wood repair to get it back in shape..do not want to trust just anyone and want a good wood worker..any ideas or suggestions would be appreciated...thanks in advance |
