1st one was taken last week. What looks like a flag to Trump's left, along with the standard Presidential Seal on the podium.

They probably did a couple press conferences back to back and forgot to change to the Presidential seal from when someone else spoke at the podium, and forgot to bring in the flag.
It’s symbolism and not super important in the big picture especially during an emergency pandemic crisis event. Incremental removal of signs of sovereignty?
A signal that speeches might come from White House - Washington, or later from White House - Raven Rock? Cheyenne Mountain? The Corona is a test run for some kind of power play. Social distancing? Is this a way to stop the formation of cabals/militias?... to interrupt the flow of communications? "Shelter in place" a convenient way to stop interaction without the use of a large number of people/forces.... (contrived) fear is a powerful motivator, apparently. Engineered runs on grocery and household items which then produce a contrived "shortage" used to enable further control as people run out of controlled resources? Need to remove a dissident? "HE'S GOT THE CORONA!!!! We have to evacuate and quarantine him (them) for the good of the community." Want to correct a housing or equity imbalance? What a way to blow up personal wealth but by wrecking the economy and blaming the flu. There's more... but I'll leave it there.
