Bad news: still in a damn wheelchair. And still have a catheter. Two goals that didn't get met but I'll keep working at it in outpatient PT! If anyone else had posted that, I’d be worried. You’ll be tearing that wheelchair apart soon enough, crumpling it into a little ball and throwing it into the middle of the lake.

Bad: Armadillo messing up the garden. Tried to grab it (not very happy about that). Good: Seeing/interacting with an armadillo.

Good: Seeing/interacting with an armadillo
Careful with them things, they can carry some nasty bacteria..
Armadillos are often used in the study of leprosy, since they, along with mangabey monkeys, rabbits, and mice (on their footpads), are among the few known species that can contract the disease systemically. They are particularly susceptible due to their unusually low body temperature, which is hospitable to the leprosy bacterium, Mycobacterium leprae. (The leprosy bacterium is difficult to culture and armadillos have a body temperature of 34 °C (93 °F), similar to human skin.) [17] Humans can acquire a leprosy infection from armadillos by handling them or consuming armadillo meat.[18] Armadillos are a presumed vector and natural reservoir for the disease in Texas, Louisiana and Florida.[19][20] Prior to the arrival of Europeans in the late 15th century, leprosy was unknown in the New World. Given that armadillos are native to the New World, at some point they must have acquired the disease from old-world humans.[18][20] (copied from Wikipedia)

Good news: Spent 10 hours rewiring stuff on the boat yesterday. Made a lot of progress (I still want to do very bad things in a dark alley to whomever wired the GPS with cat5e and shitty crimp connections) Bad news: The boat is carbon fiber. My forearms are still itchy. Going to take a bit for all the fibers to work their way out Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Good news? I bought my Son a new O/U Shotgun for Trap as a High School graduation present and he got to shoot it today. The bad news? He is a Lefty, and the Shotgun has a RH Palm swell and Stock Cast. I didn't know that... It was frustrating for him, he shot better with his old cheap O/U. Looks like i just got a new Trap gun i didn't need and i have to buy another one for him.
