Off topic.
I pooped about 0530 every morning. Like...within +/- 15 min of that time....since like....1991 when I went to day shift. Even retired, the body wakes up like clock work. Normal Poop. Pee. Coffee. Now that I'm drinking more IPA as a retired man after 1600 hrs, after breakfast each morning I have an explosive bout with another poop at roughly 0800. This time more liquid and it paints the porcelain. Bob Ross would be proud. My wife is not happy.
