Finally got the second of two BCG's that are replacing a pair that had these weird nubs towards the front. First replacement showed up alone even though I sent two in, but it had no apparent defects. Cool, we're halfway there. Got a hold of CS, got a second one on the way (a week and a half after contact...) and it shows up...with the same surface defect that the first two had.



I hate getting customers at work that keep coming back with repeat issues. It means the company, or the manufacturer of the product, is failing at something, and now both myself and the customer have to keep dealing with it because the customer spent good money and (rightfully) won't let it go.
I am now that customer to Bootleg, and I hate that shit, too.

Just don't buy it. Simple solution. Someone else will bear that price or price pressure from lack of inventory velocity will bring the price down to a level you'll buy at. Capitalism works that way.

Some POS vagrant on a bicycle rolled up on me while was taking a walk. He starts demanding that I show him my phone because in his words, I stole his phone. I refuse to display my phone and he continues to accuse me of stealing from him, stealing from a homeless guy. He says, I saw you over there (he came from across four lanes of traffic) with a blue phone. I don't have a blue phone. After more refusals to display it he dismounts the bike and now he's two arms length away. That's too close. I reach....he backs off and starts talking trash about me pulling a gun on him and that he's calling the police. I say go ahead. Lot's of yelling and cussing coming from me now. He pulls out A PHONE, and doesn't call anyone. Says, "my ringer is off it's my friends phone.". I start calling him all kinds of names and giving expletive commands. He gets back on the bike, sitting there, and keeps holding a phone talking trash. I walk away, he never follows and just keeps talking trash. I called 911 and told them what happened and that I wanted officer contact. PD calls and gets the info from me. Officer says toward the end of the call, "Did you at least punch him in the mounth?"....I'm thinking....Is he joking?

Dude was two arms length away. WAY too close for my comfort.
