Long four hour talk by James Whitaker, former Microsoft and Google employee. I've heard him speak at our local (defunct) Seattle Software Quality talks. Not that I agree with him on all points, but an interesting perspective.
Funny, as a liberal he talks about his white privilege, while talking about his families struggles while growing up in Tennessee.
