Regrettably at this time we are unable to view the images you had submitted to us.

Expected rebate amount: Product(s) purchased: Quantity of products purchased:
Once this information has been received we can certainly process your rebate request. What in the pho . . . ? They can't see .pdf or .jpg files? So I emailed them back the info they asked for, plus my .pdf and .jpg files. Let the clock start ticking again!

Last time that happened with an rcbs rebate through vista I got it fixed. Rebate was denied. I called and the lady look at the claim. Said she saw nothing wrong with it and changed it to approve. 1 week later I had my rebate.

The other was received on 6/6 and approved on 6/6. So hopefully $250 is headed my way shortly....

Got the mailing notice and called to confirm as the status looked odd online and was told by the vista rep that they are mailing checks and I only see 2 out of 5 rebates shipped as they combined them so I will be getting a check for 150 and a check for 100. A bit of a weird way to handle it but it’s all good as long as the checks show upI guess.
