Received the shipment today.
Unfortunately, every box of the first case have broken trays and missing rounds. The missing rounds are not rattling around in the boxes.

Bummer.

WOW... I hope you have already contacted PSA? I'm sure they will make good on that. I'm currently awaiting my order. I ordered the Federal Automatch in the 325rd boxes. hopefully mine isn't jacked up.

I don't want to be petty about it. I highly doubt that it is PSA's fault. The boxes appear to be intact, so what are the chances that PSA caused it? Close to nil I think.
The worst box is missing 18 rounds, and 4 of the 10 actually did have some rounds underneath the racks. It just strikes me as kind of odd.

The cases that Steve first linked are in the hard plastic cases and shipped without an extra packing box- all intact.
The Swamp People cases came in 10 packs of 300, 3000 rd boxes. They are packed like CCI packs their Blazer rimfire - thin cardpaper boxes with plastic trays inside. The corners on the outside edges all took a beating in packing and shipping which is understandable. I just can't figure out how the rounds made it out of the case boxes.

I ordered the same ammo as PMB, my shipment was 5 boxes of 300 rnds.
The boxes were stacked together and the whole stack was wrapped solid with stretch wrap. Then had crumpled paper on all sides & bottom of the box.
No damage in mine.

Mine were shipped in full cases, so no extra wrap or cushioning, just the factory boxes. The corners are banged up pretty good on 2 of the cases. The lack of cushioning explains the broken plastic trays, but doesn't explain how a few of the cartridges and plastic chunks are gone in several of them. *scratch scratch*

curious as to how long ago you guys got your ammo?

I made an order on the 23rd and still haven't gotten anything from PSA beyond an email showing my order is "processing".

But they of course charged my CC on the 23rd..

Same here - Order still processing. Probably a quick cash raising so they can stock up for Black Friday.

I have PSA orders that have already been delivered that are still showing "Processing" on the order status, so it's possible your order has shipped and they just haven't updated their system.

Personally, I think it's part of WA states new ammunition tax. If they can't collect on the sale they'll just collect during delivery.

That would be far too few missing if it was part of a Washington State tax scheme.

Has anyone received their CCI swamp people ammo and tested it out yet?
https://palmettostatearmory.com/cci-choot-em-22lr-36gr-high-velocity-lead-hollow-point-300rds-0962.html

We received ours, ran it through one Ruger MKIII and two MKIVs during our ladies' pistol classes this last weekend. Three of our instructors said 1 in 5 rounds failed to fire. I stripped down both the MKIII and one MKIV and didn't see enough dirt to cause a firing pin malfunction.

I'm seriously hoping there is a rational explanation for this because I bought a metric ton of this ammo for use in the ladies classes.

I seem to remember reading somewhere there have been a few problems with the swamp people batches. Can't remember where but usually CCI is the go to and works in everything. Might try running through another platform to see what it was. I do know even with the CCI mini-mags a little limp wristing messes things up and that happens way to often in training classes.
Hopefully it was just a once or single box issue. At these prices I am sorely tempted to add to the stash!
