Bad side, I had more trees down on my property than any other storm in the last 3 years. I ran trails today and found 15 trees across my trails and more down that didn’t cause any problems. Some were snapped off 30’ in the air and others had root balls pulled out of the ground. Most were living trees.
Plus side, more future fire wood. Turn the nice ones into useful lumber!

Lost power here in Spanaway sometime around 1 or 2am. Extremely windy. Was worried about falling trees/limbs. Watched the moonlite trees blowing in the wind. Saw trees blowing BIGLY. Went around last night and unplugged electronics in case of any surging.
My poor dogs were very agitated. My older dog has never been troubled by storms but last night was panting badly so I slept on the floor with her to comfort her. Power back on this morning.
Had a few limbs down this morning, grill cover blown off. No damage observed so far, luckily.

Drove to Renton Fish & Game this morning to shoot some trap. It was a disaster. Traffic lights out. Trees/limbs down everywhere. The range itself was only half open. They had power on the shotgun ranges, but not the rifle/pistol. Shot 4 rounds of trap and left.

Went out to survey any damage on property. Lots of small branches. One or two huge limbs or tree tops. Worst was in the back corner of my fenced lot. About a 10' long and 1' diameter limb just missed my fence. It's smashed into manageable pieces and looks like I have a lot of campfire wood...
Glad no need for any big repairs to do on my long to do list...

Power went out about 3:00 am, back about 10:30am. Cable still out though. Top 35 feet of the neighbors 150 foot Fir flew about 35 yards and landed in my backyard. Just missed my pool and deck bridge. Spent all day chainsawing and burning. When I was about done the FD showed up and told me I needed to put my fire out. I asked why, is there a burn ban? He says yeah, for the last 20 years in King county. Bullshit, I checked the County website. I'm not putting out shit.

I didn't put out shit. The stepson was visiting and checked the website. No burn ban in effect. They had just left after telling my neighbor someone complained bout his fire being a nuisance. Fucker told me there has been a burn ban in King County for 20 years! Fuck you Cocky Fire dude, it's still burning.

Most counties require a permit for anything over a camp fire. I live out in the country (Lewis county), nobody gets a permit. Burn barrels have been banned In this state for a long time.
