Took couple of guns to them on 03.20 for cerakoting. Agreed that I will pick them up on 4.08 since that is when I am going to be in Olympia next time. Called couple of times and both times was assured that it will be ready for pick up on 8th. Well after all the negative reviews about their service I was hesitant if they will get them done. So just picked them up in condition I dropped them off no cerakoting nothing was done.

horible service with nothing but promises. I'll never go there again.

From the reviews below I see Mike P is always trying to do good or like he says "take care of you" after it becomes a mess and SSG screws up.

Mike P if you are reading this, my recommendation to you as a business owner: Try not to screw up you customers in the first place. Instead of going back and trying to win them back.

Please clarify . . . did you go to pick them up on April 8th (today), and they were not done as promised?

Or you picked them up early because you didn't believe that they would have them done?

Didn't he just post about how backlogged and swamped he was with coating jobs? Maybe he took on too much or lost a worker who could do it... sucks to hear it though. I have had nothing but good experiences with my special orders and f2f encounters.

This is either a vast conspiracy, or SSG runs a very sloppy coating business

Apologies for not seeing this sooner.

It was addressed in an earlier post that we have NOT been coating a single thing. Not a single completed project has left our doors in a number of weeks now, nor are we accepting any coating jobs which was stated on Facebook and to any customers attempting to bring in coating work. With the combination of losing an employee, dealing with a backlog, and our ATF surprise inspection, we had to put a stop to things while catching up.

That said, I was present when you had a conversation with an employee stating that you would pick them up even if we could not complete them and that you were understanding of the situation to the point that you yourself stated they may not need to be coated as the finish wear was "natural."

I apologize that you had a change of feelings and if there's anything I can personally do, please just let me know.

How does that undo bad service to other people?

You've posted that many times in the other review threads, maybe let this guy post his experience.

That's news to me, but you're the one keeping track.

I've done a fair amount of business at SSG over the last year and had great experiences, that isn't relevant?

I'm not keeping track, I just noticed that one time you said they had amazing deals, and another time you said they saved you $800.

I'm glad he has a good friend sticking up for him, but some things you say aren't true, and I felt this poster should be allowed his space.
