I sure enjoy seeing other people's gardens. L_O_G sets the bar high, but I can't wait for him to start the thread. Here's where we started from last year : (Yes, the house is now completely sided. Rene shamed me into completing that. ) Hmmm... I think that this pic is TWO springs ago. Time flies when you're an old man. Here are some pics of the Balrog with her catches in last years garden... Not sure if I posted these before. (All of these critters were caught within the bounds of the garden.) Right before popping a little snack down the hatch: - Spoiler: show
A bit bigger snack for the Balrog: - Spoiler: show
We love froggies. - Spoiler: show
Big beetle larvae. - Spoiler: show
We're doing a no-till garden plan this year... Could be tough as the ground was left un-managed for about 5 years while we were full time in Montana. Will post photos of this year's garden later.

I need to get some pics of the 1000 plants Wifey has going from seed in her little Greenhouse. The Yard should be spectacular this year. We have been whipping into shape to get ready for the Waguns OC BBQ.

We will have to live our gardening lives through your posts this year as we're unable to even have a tomato plant growing due to the deer population here at West Shore State Park.

We've got a big bushel of Kale already. everything grows here...unless the winter kills it (like Avocados, Oranges and stuff).

All I grow are peppers, well and I planted my wife's yellow and red cherry tomatoes.

Before I can garden I need to repair the damn irrigation system.
Only three head failures this season. One ORBIT head is no fucking good. The other two are ORBIT(spit) elbow failures. (Rainbird commercial is the only way to go for irrigation parts.)
Off to the Big Box store for repair parts. Just another day in gardening paradise.

Lol. You don't keep a waist line like that by not eating everything in sight. When the tomatoes ripen he'll eat them right off the plant. No broccoli is safe either!
