"Bear Paw" architecture design complete and approved! Budget is in place, submitted to bank for construction loan.

Foundation begins next month in November after I visit in 2 weeks and walk the staked-building area at top of the hill with contractor. We are building at the TOP! It did cost more to punch the road another 700 feet in and up, but now our view is 360 degrees.

Did some major fall cleaning in the house. Spending every weekend camping this summer took away from getting it done during the summer. Got lots done, just need to clean the dog crate and fish tank. Next weekend I tackle the garage. Feels good to get some real deep cleaning done.

Cut a beetle infested tree down and didn't kill myself.

Gave my sanded slab to my wife's friend.

While you all were sitting around talking about where Pablo sticks his business and then congratulating yourselves on how much more pious you are than I, the Canadian kid and I were at ISA shooting his new SiG 365.

Kid is getting better at shooting pistols too. :thumbsup2:
