Finished the final cleaning and passed inspection.
Waiting for buyer Bank appraisal which will be no problem. T+12 days before exit. Closing June 3rd (buyer needs time to get his other house ready for market, but it is not contingent) Bittersweet! We had 22 great years here raising our family. Great neighbors. Best part of our lives thus far. Kids are now out of the nest making their own lives. Good time to sell right now.
