Did some reverse sear chops on the rectec. 45min in smoke then a few min searing. Cooked a hair long, but still tender and juicy.

Left over for lunch cut like butter with plastic knife.ImageImage

Thai red coconut curry with shrimp, chicken, eggplant, green pepper, zucchini, onions, mushrooms, and just a touch of agave nectar to sweeten it up a little.
Love eggplant!

How mushy is the broccoli after the crock pot?
What did you use for sauce?

Brocolli is steamed separately then added in. It's not smushy at all.

http://allrecipes.com/recipe/238393/slo ... coli-beef/

I added some red pepper because I like it spicy.

I prefer basmati, recipe called for jasmine. Meh...

I used top sirloin steak... I could have gotten cheaper meat for sure.

I gotta try crock pot mac n cheese and crock pot lasagne...

I use oyster sauce, soy sauce, fish sauce, garlic, rice wine vinegar, water, and corn starch.

That sounds good.

Mine was pretty basic, just followed the instructions... garlic, sesame oil, soy sauce... the corn starch got added in @ the last 20 minutes or so..

I love that I can save a recipe as a pdf, and not actually print it. Thanks for the link TW.
