A few years ago I passed on buying one of these in favor of doing the responsible thing and buying a generator for the house. Since then, I've used the generator once. Did I mention I could have gotten the gun for cost +5%?

The other day, I scanned the classifieds here and there it was. My new gun.

Looks nice! I like those grips.

Congrats on your Sig!

I own a lot of P226/P228 pistols from various years, mostly German or West German. I would recommend a standard trigger. I really like it over the short reach trigger. Not too expensive, and really easy to install.

Soon. I just won't let my daughter shoot it. She may adopt it like she did my sr9c.

That is so true! My oldest daughter has dibs on a P228, and the youngest has her name on a W. German P226.

I finally got some free time to shoot a few rounds through it. The first target is my first 15 rounds getting a feel for it.

This target is the next 30 rounds
