Researchers from Tel Aviv’s Ichilov Medical Center developed a coronavirus therapy that was found to cure COVID-19 in 3-5 days in most volunteers who received the drug.
EXO-CD24 is a medication delivered directly to the lungs, where it’ll help prevent the immune system dealing with COVID-19 from overreacting and causing complications.
The drug is administered once a day for five minutes via inhalation. In Phase 1 trials, 29 out of 30 people suffering from moderate to severe COVID-19 recovered within 3-5 days, and all of them survived.

So, I'm starting my reply here - was going to say something snarky. But you know what? Let's just step back, take a deep breath...

I'm genuinely happy to hear this. This is good news. The more tools we have to fight this, the better. And as we get these tools, researchers can focus on this success and add to it.

I had noticed that the prevailing opinion here was very negative towards COVID vaccines and treatments. Not sure why. It is very clear to me that COVID has killed many people. No, I don’t know how many. And yes, the numbers are inflated. Nevertheless, people have and are dying of COVID. Any other conclusion seems just ridiculous. So yes, anything that saves lives is a good thing.

From the get go many Covid treatments were vilified simply because a Republican or Trump mentioned it. So many people parrot that towards other treatments. We've become a society that is skeptical when an opponent endorses something. Thank you media and politicians, we have learned your ways.

Washington hospitals pulling fake N95 masks off shelves:

Hospitals across Washington state were alerted Friday to pull select N95 masks off their shelves and send them for analysis after an investigation uncovered knockoffs, said the state’s hospital association.

The fake masks closely resemble N95 masks manufactured by a company called 3M. The Washington State Hospital Association (WSHA) and other hospital executives told reporters on a call Monday that 3M’s masks are typically in high demand because they come in smaller sizes and allow for a snug fit around the face.

WSHA estimates there are over 2 million fake N95s that were likely acquired by the state’s hospitals, 300,000 of which were bought by WSHA and distributed to dozens of hospitals. While many hospitals reported not using the masks, others did, and 60,000 of WSHA's masks are still in a warehouse.

Because recent posting of pictures. Turns out not the event claimed to be more than once. Or it's a different person. Just not factually TRUE.

You have a great point on the mask, but I was speaking generally about the times we have been fooled the last few months. It is so stupid because YOU KNOW THE LEFT WILL JUST THROW IT IN OUR FACES!! WE all look like asses when something is not as claimed to make an otherwise good point.

I see your point, but I think you went overboard with the name calling. An accusation of behavior, with picture evidence, is a pretty solid argument. I guess it's up to us as individuals to decide what we believe, and getting mad about a lack of irrefutable proof isn't a reasonable expectation.

Thank you for that. I think we can all recognize your concern, and agree that fact checking stuff of this nature is a good thing. I think posting such things here for peer review is a great way to do that. Maybe taking the time to do some research of your own would benefit us all in that way. Better to add to a subject than to demand that others refrain fron sharing what they found. We aren't the media, and shouldn't be held to the same standards. I don't think the accusations are the problem...vut rather the gullible nature of folks who WANT to believe whatever they see on social media.
