I refuse to get in these bullshit back and forths. And extremely funky websites. If someone doesn't want the shot fine. But to make it seem like people who got the shot are going to die or have mutations and shit, well that's about as shitty as the whole overreaction to the virus in the first place.

First of all, these are not jaded or snarkey questions. I'm honestly curious.
If you're under 75, I would like to know why you're getting the vaccine?
There is a 1%-5% chance of hospitalization after catching covid-19. So, the death rate is much lower.
The vaccine is not 100% protection, you have a 1 in 10 chance of catching covid-19 after vaccination.
After vaccination, your chances of a serious outcome is minimal, but you could be an asymptomatic spreader. So, the argument of doing it so you won't spread it to others is without merit.
Is it the lure of new freedoms after vaccination? Travel? Meeting with larger groups? You could catch covid-19 and be spreading it to others, unbeknownst to you since you won't have symptoms.
The vaccine is approved for emergency use, meaning it's not fully tested, and releases manufacturers of any liability.
So flame me if you want, but I am curious to see the responses. Thanks!

Here it is in engineering speak, which is,how my brain is wired.
1. Data is hard to find, and when you can it is often contradictory. Here is November 2020 data. I am in the 65 age group, and didn’t like the fatality rate of 1.5%.
2. I look at this as a risk mitigation decision. You either accept the risk, or mitigate it. When assessing risk, I use the standard risk cube.
3. Looking at the risk cube, I assessed the Liklihood of death as a 1, and Consequence as a 5. That puts this risk in the lower right corner of the risk cube. So this risk is rated a Yellow, which is Moderate Risk.
4. I am risk adverse, and always choose to mitigate Moderate risks unless the cost is very high. In this case I concluded the cost would be low. So I proceeded with mitigation.

You can mitigate the risk many ways: (1) vaccine, which also introduces risk or (2) supplements like HDCQ, zinc/Vit C/D3.
You can also analyze if you are facing additional risk if you have co morbidity factors like obesity, diabetes, etc. If you have a co-morbidity factor than you have a higher risk than if you don't. Averages at 1.5%. If you don't, I assume you risk is lower than 1.5%.
Finally, without COVID, what was the risk of dying at age 65+?

According to a report in the London Telegraph, anyone wishing to drink in a pub garden in Britain from Monday (only the outside areas will open) will be forced to hand over their phone to venue staff who must check the individual is registered on the government’s tracking app.
Venues will face fines of £1000 if they are found to be admitting people who have not registered on the NHS Test and Trace app with all their personal details and then scanned a QR code on entry to the outdoor portion of the venue.
The official government guidance notes “should someone choose to check in with the official NHS QR code poster, a venue should check their phone screen to ensure they have successfully checked in”.
